This KVKK Information Text has been prepared by Helios Science and Technology Inc. ("Helios") in accordance with Article 10 of the KVKK.

Apart from this, Helios has the right to process Member information and share it with its employees, suppliers, individuals or companies providing transport and delivery services, individuals supporting promotion and advertising studies and individuals who need this information as required by the business for the purpose of fulfilling the services requested by the Members and delivering the products they have purchased and conducting promotional studies. Member explicitly consents to the sharing of their information in this direction.

In case you create an order through our site by giving consent; your identity, communication, personnel, legal transaction, customer transaction, marketing and transaction security data may be recorded and transferred abroad for the purpose of conducting information security processes, communication activities, customer satisfaction activities and marketing activities by complying with the rules in Article 9 of the KVKK titled "Transfer of Personal Data Abroad" and by taking the necessary technical and administrative measures. In addition, many international legislations, especially the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding personal data, legally guarantee that these data are not processed outside the requests and purposes of Helios.

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights, your request will be answered free of charge within thirty days at the latest. Your rights include: 8.1. Learning whether personal data is processed, 8.2. Requesting information, 8.3. Learning the purpose of use, 8.4. Knowing the persons to whom it is transferred, 8.5. Requesting correction, 8.6. Requesting deletion or destruction, 8.7. Objecting to analysis with automatic systems, 8.8. Requesting compensation for damages.
